The
Directors’ Network can bring to your boardroom an ISS
accredited program that allows you to earn Corporate
Governance Quotient (CGQ™) credits from ISS and meet the ISS
requirement of using independent providers of board education. Our ISS accredited programs are sponsored by The University of Michigan Stephen A. Ross School of Business. Financial literacy education is provided by Deloitte & Touche.
Our ISS accredited program is an interactive session,
tailored to your company’s issues. It is typically held at
or before a board meeting, which facilitates attendance by your
entire board—and allows you to maximize the CGQ™ credits
earned, while engaging in a meaningful dialogue on issues relevant
to your company.
In
addition, at a time when the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ
are placing new emphasis on continuing board education, The Directors’
Network will work with you to develop a program of continuing education
in line with your needs.
To create the right program for your Company, we will look first at our program offerings and then augment or supplement them by addressing those issues of importance to your Board of Directors in order to create at least 8 hours of content. The programs will cover items listed in the ISS Rating Criteria.
